But first, let me introduce us.

I’m Ed. I started investing in real estate in 2012 while working full-time as a project manager with an engineering background. I followed all the rules, college degree, good job, saving and investing but no matter how well I played that game, I still felt boxed in.

So I built an exit plan.

But I didn’t do it alone.

My wife, Tatiana, is an engineer-turned-consultant-turned-retired-real-estate-investor, and she’s been a key part of this journey from day one. We chose our first property together. Renovated it together. When it came time to level up, she’s the one who pushed us to start connecting with the right people the coach, the partners, the crew that made apartments possible.

Every decision, every strategy, every win we built this together.

Now, with a portfolio of 215 properties and over 700 students coached, we’ve both left the 9–5 behind, and we’re focused on helping others do the same.
